Shipping policy

Most items are made to order, so production begins after your order is placed. In other words, your item does not exist yet. We are not hiding it in the back. We actually have to make it.

Estimated production and delivery times will be shown before checkout. Once your order ships, we’ll email the tracking information so you can follow its journey, question every unexplained pause, and consider driving to the distribution center yourself so you can get it five hours faster—which we wouldn’t blame you for.

Expedited shipping may be available on select orders, but production time still applies. Carrier delays, weather, and other chaos outside our control may still affect delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. Packages are surprisingly bad at locating you through intuition, vibes, or a forwarding address you forgot existed. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again.

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual amount of time, contact us, and we’ll help investigate. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please check with household members, neighbors, front desks, mailrooms, porches, side doors, side pieces, and any other place a delivery driver may have considered “close enough.” The Snark Park is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will help point you toward the appropriate carrier claim process.
